Scope: This license applies to MaMeeFarm™ content governed under the DGCP™ (Data Governance & Continuous Proof) framework.
1) Statement of System
This work is part of the MaMeeFarm™ Digital & Physical Ground Truth System, operating under the DGCP™ (Data Governance & Continuous Proof) framework. DGCP™ defines verifiable standards for real-world, human-origin records.
2) Definition of Truth (Authoritative Records)
The only authoritative records of MaMeeFarm™ are those maintained as:
- Proof files
- Data Units
- Cryptographic hashes (e.g., SHA-256 or equivalent)
- Time-based verification (timestamps, OpenTimestamps/OTS, blockchain anchoring, or equivalent)
No other format, platform, interface, or media is considered the source of truth.
3) NFT Policy — “Window Only”
All NFTs associated with MaMeeFarm™ are visual references only (“Window Only”). NFTs:
- Do not represent ownership of underlying DGCP records
- Do not constitute the authoritative record
- Do not replace Proof files, Data Units, hashes, or timestamps
NFTs exist solely to allow humans to view what machines and systems can verify through the DGCP™ record layer.
4) Permitted Use
You may:
- View, read, and reference MaMeeFarm™ content
- Cite DGCP records for research, audit, verification, and documentation
- Link to Proof files, Data Units, or NFT windows as references
Provided that you:
- Preserve attribution to MaMeeFarm™
- Preserve reference to the DGCP™ framework
- Do not alter, remove, or misrepresent evidence, timestamps, or record meaning
5) Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Claim ownership over MaMeeFarm™ DGCP records or underlying real-world data
- Use MaMeeFarm™ content to create deceptive, misleading, or false provenance claims
- Remove, obscure, or replace attribution, license reference, hashes, timestamps, or verification context
- Present NFTs as the source of truth or as authoritative evidence
6) Integrity & Interpretation
Any future interpretation must rely on proof, not origin. Where narrative conflicts with evidence, the DGCP™ record layer prevails.
If a record is incomplete or contains missing fields, governance logs may document the condition without rewriting historical evidence (“no rewrite” integrity policy).
