- Follow the external reference (e.g., IPFS/Pinata link) if provided.
- Check the recorded hash and timestamp evidence (OTS) when available.
- Confirm cross-links between Proof ↔ Data Unit ↔ Evidence.
If a visual NFT exists for the same day/event, treat it as a window only. Verification must rely on DGCP records.
