Tech & Data | System Signal

System Signal

AI isn’t limited by models anymore. It’s limited by infrastructure, energy, and governance.

Recent technology and data signals continue to converge on a practical boundary: scaling intelligence requires physical capacity and public operability. Compute growth depends on power availability, grid integration, permitting, and the ability to operate within community and policy constraints.

This shifts the center of gravity from “model capability” to “system readiness.” Systems that endure are those designed for stability under constraints, with traceable operations and verifiable references over time.

The durable layer is not noise. It is structure.
