1) Purpose
This document defines the official tiered licensing structure governing use, study, citation, and implementation of the DGCP™ (Data Governance & Continuous Proof) system.
This policy exists prior to public system activation to ensure clarity, discipline, and structural protection.
This document does not constitute a public offer.
No implied license shall arise from publication.
2) Intellectual Position
DGCP™ is:
- A proprietary governance architecture
- A restricted intellectual framework
- A proof-governed operational system
- Not open-source
- Not public domain
- Not freely reusable
All structural and operational rights are reserved.
3) Tier 1 — Public Study & Citation (Non-Commercial)
Permitted:
- Reading
- Academic study
- Analytical review
- Proper citation with attribution
- Hyperlink reference to official source
Conditions:
- No structural reuse
- No copying of full framework components
- No modification
- No translation republication
- No derivative publication
- Citation must not reproduce substantial structural components
Purpose: Knowledge visibility without system transfer.
4) Tier 2 — Licensed System Use (Commercial / Operational Deployment)
Required for:
- Governance implementation
- Structural replication
- Framework deployment
- Organizational adoption
- Commercial use
- Institutional integration
- AI system embedding
- Structural adaptation
Conditions:
- Formal written agreement
- Paid license arrangement
- Explicit scope definition
- Compliance with DGCP™ integrity clauses
No operational use is permitted without license execution.
5) Reserved Rights
MaMeeFarm™ retains exclusive rights to:
- Core governance structure
- System architecture
- Naming rights (DGCP™, MaMeeFarm™)
- Protocol logic
- Structural evolution
- Licensing approval authority
6) Non-Activation Clause
This policy defines structure only.
Activation of Tier 2 licensing model requires:
- Formal public declaration
- Licensing framework publication
- Fee structure announcement
- Contact protocol release
Until activated, no deployment license is granted.
7) Final Rule
If permission is not explicitly granted in writing, usage is not authorized.
