System Context

Continuity is observed when a system continues operating despite constraint, delay, or reduced capacity.

In real-world conditions, continuity does not require ideal operation. It requires traceable activity across time under actual constraints.

The continuity layer records what remains active when the system is not operating at full capacity.

Core Structure

Minimum Operation Layer

  • Essential tasks continue under limited resources.
  • Priority activity becomes visible through daily execution.
  • Reduced capacity still produces observable system records.

Human Work Layer

  • Manual action supports continuity when equipment or infrastructure is limited.
  • Labor becomes part of the continuity mechanism.
  • Human execution connects constraint conditions to real-world output.

Record Layer

  • Daily documentation preserves the operating condition.
  • Records show what occurred, what was limited, and what continued.
  • Append-only structure protects continuity from retroactive interpretation.

Flow Structure

Primary system flow:

The flow shows how operation continues under non-ideal conditions.
