The discussion frequently centers on products themselves.

The systems preserving those products receive less attention.

While reviewing developments across food systems, healthcare logistics, distribution networks, and global trade, I found myself paying less attention to products and more attention to the infrastructure preserving their usability.

The refrigeration remained visible.

The preservation infrastructure became visible.

The observation was not about cooling alone.

The observation was about continuity.
