Documentation Update
One additional Whitepaper entry was added during May 2026 as part of ongoing framework documentation.
The Whitepaper update expanded the documentation layer while preserving the existing governance structure.
Operational Continuity
Core DGCP™ activities continued under existing governance principles, including continuous observation, Proof generation, Data Unit recording, OpenTimestamps verification, repository maintenance, and public documentation activities.
