The discussion frequently centers on damage or failure.
The structural conditions creating exposure receive less attention.
While reviewing developments across energy systems, supply chains, digital infrastructure, finance, healthcare, transportation, and governance, I found myself paying less attention to individual vulnerabilities and more attention to the infrastructure connecting them.
