The discussion frequently centers on what systems intend to do or what work has been performed.
The capability to carry execution through to reliable outcomes receives less attention.
While reviewing developments across infrastructure, governance, healthcare, finance, logistics, manufacturing, scientific research, and digital systems, I found myself paying less attention to activity itself and more attention to the delivery systems allowing operational effort to produce usable outcomes.
