Many observers focus on individual services or operational tasks.
The discussion frequently centers on the performance of separate components.
The structural capability coordinating those components into a unified operational system receives less attention.
While reviewing developments across infrastructure, governance, healthcare, finance, logistics, manufacturing, scientific research, and digital systems, I found myself paying less attention to individual capabilities and more attention to the orchestration allowing independent systems to operate together as a coordinated whole.
