The structural capability allowing infrastructure, services, knowledge, and operational resources to remain consistently ready for use receives less attention.
While reviewing developments across infrastructure, governance, healthcare, finance, logistics, manufacturing, scientific research, energy, and digital systems, I found myself paying less attention to isolated outages and more attention to the availability allowing interconnected systems to maintain continuity under changing conditions.
