Many observers focus on supervision, inspection, or compliance activities.
The discussion frequently centers on individual oversight actions.
The structural capability allowing organizations to maintain accountability through continuous governance receives less attention.
While reviewing developments across infrastructure, governance, healthcare, finance, logistics, manufacturing, scientific research, public administration, and digital systems, I found myself paying less attention to isolated supervisory activities and more attention to the oversight enabling institutions to remain accountable as they grow in complexity.
