The discussion frequently centers on measured results.
The structural capability allowing organizations to transform observable reality into actionable knowledge receives less attention.
While reviewing developments across infrastructure, governance, healthcare, finance, logistics, manufacturing, scientific research, public administration, and digital systems, I found myself paying less attention to individual measurements and more attention to the measurement systems enabling evidence-based understanding.
