Many observers focus on teamwork, partnerships, or collaborative projects.
The discussion frequently centers on the visible participants.
The structural capability allowing independent people, organizations, and institutions to function as an integrated system receives less attention.
While reviewing developments across infrastructure, governance, healthcare, finance, logistics, manufacturing, scientific research, public administration, and digital systems, I found myself paying less attention to individual collaboration and more attention to the cooperation systems enabling large-scale societal coordination.
