Public Communication Standard
DGCP™ public communication should remain clear, traceable, structurally relevant, and consistent with the framework.
Publication volume alone does not determine public value.
Selected publications may therefore be prioritized when they provide greater governance relevance, learning value, or structural clarity.

It does not alter field observation procedures, evidence capture, DataUnit structures, archive integrity, licensing requirements, metadata requirements, or existing governance standards.
Routine operational records may continue to be created and archived according to their applicable standards even when they are not immediately released through public communication channels.
Key Statement
Clarity in publication.
Continuity in governance.
Quality in communication.
