Information creates value when it reaches the right place, at the right time, in a usable form.
Information flow is more than the movement of data between two points.
It connects sources, channels, processes, people, decisions, actions, and feedback across the wider system.
What Is Information Flow?
Information flow is the structured movement of information from a source to one or more recipients through defined channels, processes, or systems.
Information may move between people, teams, organizations, devices, databases, platforms, institutions, and infrastructure.
The effectiveness of the flow depends on whether the information remains accurate, timely, relevant, understandable, accessible, and connected to its intended use.

Information begins from an observation, event, person, device, record, or system.
