The structural capability determining how effectively available resources create operational value receives less attention.
While reviewing developments across infrastructure, governance, healthcare, finance, logistics, manufacturing, scientific research, and digital systems, I found myself paying less attention to output itself and more attention to the productivity allowing interconnected systems to generate greater value from available capability.
