Observation Before Conclusion
Observation creates space between what is encountered and what is concluded.
It allows conditions, events, actions, and evidence to be examined before meaning is assigned to them.
When conclusions are formed too quickly, assumptions may replace what has actually been observed.
Those assumptions may introduce bias and distort judgment.
Patient observation strengthens clarity by preserving the distinction between what is visible, what is supported by evidence, and what remains uncertain.
